Common questions

How soon can I drive on a new driveway?

You can usually walk on new concrete after a day or two and drive a regular car on it after about 7 days. Concrete keeps hardening for about 28 days, so wait longer for heavy trucks or trailers.

Do I need HOA or city approval for a fence?

Often, yes. Many HOAs limit fence height, material and color, and some fences need a City of San Antonio permit. Check with your HOA first, and ask us during the estimate if you're unsure.

Do you give free estimates?

Yes. We come out, measure, and give you a written price at no cost and with no obligation.

How long does a job take?

It depends on the size of the project, but most jobs take 2 to 3 days. We'll give you a timeline with your free estimate. New concrete also needs time to cure before heavy use.
